PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING!

ALL VALLEY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Inc. charges a $25 non-refundable application processing fee per adult applicant in order to process criminal background & credit checks. We contract these checks with an independent company called VeriFirst. The monies charged are used to pay VeriFirst for their services.

There is a $10 non-refundable co-signer application processing fee [in the event a co-signer is allowed] in order to process a credit check on a co-signer.  We accept Cashier's Check, Money Order, or Cash for source of payment for Application fees, we do NOT accept cards and don't have change

RE: PETS/ANIMALS: All pets/animals MUST BE DISCLOSED to AVPM, Inc. at the time of making application.--this includes service/comfort/emotional support animals. If pets/animals are allowed at a property, they must have prior approval and with pets an additional pet deposit of at least $250/pet will be charged (this requirement may vary with different property owners--please inquire). Failure to fully disclose ANY TYPE of pets/animals when making application will be considered to be dishonest, and will result in denial of rental application.

AVAILABILITY DATES: Dates that properties will be available, posted on lists, Facebook, the website, are approximate and may vary slightly.

AVPM, Inc. does not accept credit/criminal background checks from sources other than the company the office utilizes to provide these services, that is, we must process our own criminal & credit checks through VeriFirst.
