The links below are full versions of our application and other forms necessary to complete your application process. These forms are meant to be either filled out on your
internet browser, and then printed out to be signed, or you can just print it immediatly and fill in all sections by pen. IMPORTANT: This application is to be printed and mailed or brought in to All Valley Property Management Inc. They are NOT to be E-MAILED.
The reason for this is all applications do require a SIGNATURE and a $25.00 non-refundable application processing fee, if you are mailing in the application
you must include said fee via money-order, cashier's check, or if coming in to the office, by cash, money-order or cahier's check. Sorry, but NO PERSONAL CHECKS are accepted for application fees; if you send a PERSONAL check your APPLICATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNTIL WE HAVE APPLICATION FEE PAYMENT IN PROPER FORM! Once your application has been approved, and you are a
tenant in residence, personal checks will be accepted at the office.
WE DO NOT KEEP PETTY CASH...PLEASE HAVE THE CORRECT CHANGE!
CO-SIGNER APPLICATIONS must also be printed and mailed or brought to the office in person. There is a $10.00 co-signer application processing fee [non-refundable]. This fee must also be paid via money-order, cashier's check, or if coming in to the office, by cash. Note: the Co-signer option is NOT offered in every circumstance!

We are able to process your application much more quickly if the information is accurate & complete! If you have your two most recent pay stubs to provide us with your application, this may help speed the process! NOTE: PROCESSING YOUR APPLICATION USUALLY TAKES APPROXIMATELY 2 BUSINESS DAYS and may take longer depending on response time of references, etc.

CO-SIGNER PACKET: A co-signer must have EXCELLENT credit. We do not need as much information for a co-signer as we do for the prospective tenants themselves, but please make sure to fill out the application fully with respect to the following: your full name, date of birth and social security number, WE MUST HAVE THIS INFORMATION IN ORDER TO RUN A CREDIT CHECK. Please also provide your current address, and one address previous [if possible]. Please provide us your home phone number & cell number. Please fill in the EMPLOYMENT/INCOME section completely. Please remember to SIGN your application!
